French 75 15- Named for a French 75-millimeter artillery gun that was smooth and powerful, this gin and champagne cocktail was created by Timerican army officers during World War One.
Kir Royal 15- This traditional French cocktail, made with black-currant liqueur and champagne, honors former Dijon mayor Felix Rir, a heroic figure in the French Resistance.
The Sidecar 16- Famous Parisian cocktail featuring cognac and orange liqueur. It is said to have been invented because a regular would arrive at the bar after riding his motorcycle with a sidecar, wanting a drink right away.
Le Boulevardier 15- Invented 20 years before the Negroni in Paris by an American ex-pat socialite who ran a literary magazine, Boulevardiør. The Negroni becomes the Boulevardier when bourbon replaces the gin.
The Dandy Sazerac 15- Camper English, a San Francisco-based writer, developed this adaptation of a classic ryg whisky drink recipe to showcase the use of absinthe.
Whiskey Daisy 15- The Daisy cocktails first gained popularity in the late 19th century.Over the years multiple variants developed and became the forerunner to other popular cocktails, notably the Sidecar and the Margarita. Our daisy incorporates Rye whiskey with kirsch and a squeeze of lemon.
The Saint 15- If you're a fan of cocktails, this one featuring St. Germain (French liqueur flavored with elderflowers) and gin is a perfect one for you. St. Germain the person, was a bishop of Paris known for his virtue and love for the poor.
